Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. General Policy

Perfume and itra are personal care and fragrance products; therefore, hygiene and safety regulations apply.
Once a product is opened or used, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we do allow returns or refunds under certain conditions (explained below).


2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We only accept returns or offer replacements if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery.

  • You received the wrong product or a different item from what you ordered.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photo or video) showing the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes / itra bottles.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards or free promotional items.


4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  2. Include your Order ID, product name, and a photo/video of the product showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and contact you with further steps.

If approved, you may be asked to send the product back to our warehouse. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement as applicable.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping or COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.

  • If a product is replaced, the new item will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
In case of missing items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify with our logistics partner before issuing any resolution.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the mentioned timeline:

  • Check your bank account or payment wallet again.

  • Contact your bank/payment provider.
